Q: if this year will be a good year to switch career field?
A: It's not recommended to switch your career field this year, better to postpone it to next year as this year is not a good time for you to do something new or make an aggressive action.

Q: when will be a good time to relocate to other countries?
A: There's a strong sign of relocating in 2021/2023.
>>> When we are talking about relocating, can it mean that there are changes to the work environment? Actually recently, my company shifted to a new office space so I guess thats a "relocation". I shall look out in 2023.
I felt quite stagnant at my work place nd I plan to quit my job next year, slightly after the lunar new year to take a break. Do you think by then, I will still be able to find a job?
