I wanted to look into my destiny as based on my amateur reading it appears that I do not have much success and when I do come close to success, it falls through my fingers therefore implying I will never be successful. (despite the fact u have kindly told me I will have a good career)

Based on your chart, Tian Xiang is located in your Career palace and meeting with Zi Wei & Po Jun that transformed into Hua Quan at the opposite, this is a very strong structure. Moreover in your Wealth palace, it's meeting with Tan Lang and Lian Zhen that transformed into Hua Lu.
