Sorry for the late reply. May I know what's your current job? You're easily losing money from business/investment, so I recommend you to work as an employee to climb a company ladder and you will have a great future.

I was a minor shareholder and COO in my last company that I left on 31/12/2019 after 16 years.  Small IT company.  Next month I am starting a new job as Business Development SVP in a much bigger company that provides back end IT platforms to banks. Although the position is good but income is not much. I really want to earn better income and grow up the corporate ladder and get to travel for work which has been my dream.

Actually you already have very good Heaven luck. So if you want some improvement, you may need to maximize your Earth luck by Feng Shui and Man luck by human action (Heaven-Earth-Man trinity).
